Quality Marketing Systems LLC was formed in the fall of 2002, owned and operated by Bay Area native Bryan Hancock. QMS maintains a 100% successful track record, which is extremely rare in this industry. Our contractor has qualified several local, county and statewide initiatives and referendums across the nation. Services:
QMS consist of two separate divisions. The Petition Division, which helps qualify initiatives, referendums, and publicities for the ballot at four levels (local, county, state, and federal). We supply, organize, and manage professional signature gathers to collect the quantity of valid signatures needed to qualify for the targeted ballot. We validate the signatures in house and submit the petitions to the client(s) or proponent(s). Our independent contractors maintained 75% – 80% validity rate. We also train and manage local contractors with out of state contracts. We assist campaign managers reach voters in the field. We have registered thousands in record time on voter registration drives.
QMS offers a second division, Outreach and Canvass Division. We train, organize, and manage independent contractors to produce solid leads, engage with the public in a highly professional laser focused effort for community outreach. We circulate literature in the form of flyers, brochures, data sheets, door hangers, etc. coupled with the verbal skills to delivery the message with remarkable results. Our methods of distribution are Store Fronts, Malls, Schools, Door to Door, phone banks and Community Events. We work with Campaign Managers, Corporations, Unions, Community Organizers, Real Estate Developers and more.
